Terms & Conditions of Sale
Anarchik.com (hereinafter « the Website ») is the property of HOCEAN 3 (hereinafter “HOCEAN 3 Company” or “we”), a 10 500 euros simplified joint-stock company, having its head office at 34 Avenue des Champs-Elysées 75008 Paris, France, registered in the Companies Register (RCS) for Paris under number 539 801 282. Intercommunity VAT number FR 13539801282. These general terms of sales apply to all orders on the website. These terms are subject to modification and updates; accordingly, the terms applicable to product orders by customers are those applicable on the date of the order on the website.
You will be able to confirm an order on the Website only upon your acknowledgment and full acceptance of these Conditions of Sale by ticking the respective box during the order process. If you refuse to accept these Conditions of Sale, you will not be able to order any Anarchik products from the Website or the Customer Contact Center.
I The Customer
To be a Customer of the website, you must be a consumer, of legal age and with full legal capacity or to be authorized by your parents to order on the website.
Only individuals who are living in France, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Finland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain and Portugal may order products through the Website. Any order placed in contravention to this provision shall be null and void.
The personal information you give to HOCEAN 3 when opening your customer account or upon any order you may place must be complete, accurate and up to date. HOCEAN 3 would not be responsible for undelivered product should the data prove incorrect. HOCEAN 3 reserves the right to cancel any order should the IP address of the customer be located in a country different from the billing and/ or the delivery address.
II The Products
The products offered for sale are those featured on the website. HOCEAN 3 makes every effort to accurately present and describe the products to inform the Customer at best. It is, however, possible that the website may contain minor errors, which you recognize and accept. In the event of any non-compliance of the product delivered with its description on the website, HOCEAN 3 agrees to remedy such non-compliance by either exchange or pay-back (totally or partly) the invoiced product.
The acceptance of orders placed on the website is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by HOCEAN 3. This takes the form of a series of succeeding screen pages indicating the steps to be taken by customers to validate their order. You will have the possibility, before final validation of your order, to verify your order details and the total price, and to correct any possible errors, before confirming it and expressing your acceptance. Every confirmed order applies as a sale contract and an acceptance of all the present stipulations. Once you have validated your order, HOCEAN 3 will promptly confirm receipt by sending you an email to the address provided to us. In that aim, you formally accept the use of e-mail by HOCEAN 3 to confirm the content of your order. This confirmation e-mail will include all of the information provided by you, as well as the accepted price and terms of payment with an indication, as the case may be, of any possible difficulties or reservations in respect of the order.
HOCEAN 3 is entitled to refuse any order made by a customer with whom a dispute exists in connection with the payment of a former order as well as any order that is not compliant with these general terms of sale. In such cases, HOCEAN 3 will inform the customer by email.
HOCEAN 3 is entitled to refuse any order made by a customer if there is any suspicion of fraud.
IV Prices and Terms of Payment
1. Choice of Price
The prices displayed on the website are in Euros, VAT included, shipping excluded for deliveries to France and the UE (euro zone). The total price of the order (taxes and shipping fees included) is mentioned in the cart.
HOCEAN 3 reserves the right to modify the prices at all times but the prices invoiced to customers are those applicable on the date of the order, subject to stock.
2. Terms of Payment
To pay your order, you may use:
- Credit card: the Customer has access to a dedicated space made available by a banking establishment, which ensures the security and recording of the payment order. To this effect, the Customer expressively authorized HOCEAN 3 to debit its account accordingly to the amount of the ordered products.
- Cheque (HOCEAN 3 only accepts cheques issued by a bank with head office registered in Metropolitan France).
- Paypal account
- Bank transfer
3. Data registered and saved by HOCEAN 3 act s a proof of order and of all transactions done. Data registered by the payment system act as a proof of the final transactions.
The products remain the property of HOCEAN 3 until payment by the customer of the total price.
V SHIPPING POLICY
HOCEAN 3 will deliver the order to the address you give in your order, it being specified that this must be your place of residence or that of any other individual of your choice residing in Metropolitan France or in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Finland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Ireland and Portugal. Deliveries will not be made to hotels or PO boxes.
- For any delivery to Metropolitan France including Corsica: the delivery fees are offered to the customer for any order with standard shipment. HOCEAN 3 will charge shipping costs to the customer for an order with express delivery.
- For any delivery to the UE (limited to the following countries: Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Finland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain and Portugal), HOCEAN 3 will charge the customer a 15 euros flat fee for standard delivery and 25 euros for express delivery.
- The total delivery costs appear clearly in the shopping bag on the Website, prior to payment.
- The shipping and insurance costs in the case of a returm or exchange are always to be bore by the Customer.
Mentioned lead times are indicative of the average time to process an order and deliver it; they are subject to product availability and time of arrival of your order. Please note that any delay in the delivery of an order cannot entitle the Client to claim any penalty or compensation to HOCEAN 3 or to cancel the order.
In case of damaged delivery (already opened box, missing product, ..), the Customer is due to notify the transport service and HOCEAN 3, by any means, its refusal of the product within 3 days following the delivery.
The delivery of the products will be done upon validation of your payment in case of credit card or receipt of your payment (in case of cheque or bank transfer).
VI RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
1. Customers’right of withdrawal
As a Customer based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can contact our Customer Contact Center (firstname.lastname@example.org) Mondays to Fridays from 10am to 5pm to obtain a Return Form and a Return Number (RN) which we will confirm in writing and agree on the return mode. You will be asked to fill in the Return Form with the required information and send it back to us, with the Return Number (RN) and the goods you wish to return. Please include in the return box all the items that HOCEAN 3 originally shipped to you i.e. the product in its original box, all associated packaging, the original certificate of authenticity and the invoice.
The Customer is responsible for the cost and the safe return of the goods to the following address:

The Customer must keep a proof of return shipment including insurance.
Please note that only products that have been purchased on the Website or through our Customer Contact Center are subject to this return policy. Products that have not been purchased on the Website or through the Customer Contact Center may NOT be returned to the ANARCHIK e-boutique.
2. Conditions of Acceptation of Returns
Customers wishing to return a product are asked to comply strictly to the return process described in the T&C. HOCEAN 3 is entitled to refuse a return if the return process has not been respected by the Customer : all returns must be sent complete.
ANARCHIK products must be returned in a new and unused state. All returns are subject to strict Quality Control (QC) by HOCEAN 3 to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements.
If the returned product satisfies Quality Control (QC), HOCEAN 3 will proceed with the refund or credit or exchange, as applicable.
If the product returned does not meet our Quality Control (QC) standards or is otherwise in violation of these Conditions of Sale, HOCEAN 3 will refuse the return and send back the product to the Customer.
If you withdraw from this contract, we should reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivered proposed by HOCEAN 3), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. In any case, you will have to bear the costs of the return (shipping and insurance fees).
The goods returned incomplete, used, damaged or corrupted by the Customer will neither be reimbursed nor exchanged and will be returned to you by mail with no delay.
Every order is submitted to the Customer’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of use, which are subject to the French law. In case of litigation, the French Courts shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve it. In case of problem or complaint, the Customer may address to the Customer Service Department to find a mutual agreement.
VIII Use of Your Information
HOCEAN 3 collects personal data on the Website that is required for processing orders. Such data may be communicated, in whole or in part, to our service providers involved in fulfilling the order.
Customers are informed that such personal data is also collected by bodies in charge of analyzing orders and fighting against credit card fraud.
In accordance with Act n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 on automated data processing, files and civil liberties, you have the right to access, modify, correct, oppose and delete your personal data.
